Ebbie Wells

Ebbie Rogers Wells, 81 of Borger died Saturday January 17th in Amarillo. Funeral services will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, January 20th at Keeler Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Bartley officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Ebbie was born May 17, 1933 in Kirkland, TX to General Ebbie and Viola Messenger Mahan. She has been a resident of Borger since 1944. She retired from JM Huber as a buyer. She loved sewing, camping, golfing, gardening and singing in church.

Ebbie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Alyn Rogers and second husband, Robert Wells ; sisters, Wynona Beck and Linda Ashby and a brother, Dale Mahan.

Ebbie is survived by a son, Gary Rogers of Amarillo; daughter, Rita and Husband Kenneth Petr of Borger; sister, Donnell Drake of Borger; two grandchildren, Brad Hill and Shelly Petr; two great grandchildren, Gabe and Ellie.
