Efton Ford

Efton Ford, 68, died February 14, 2015 in his home. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 17 at the Southside Baptist Church with Pastor Rob Frary officiating. Interment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Efton was born in Phillips, TX on October 1, 1946 to Efton and Bernice (Coy) Ford. He married Lois Faulkenberry on February 24, 1968 in Borger. Efton is a retired Assistant Chief of Police for the Borger Police Department. He loved to collect knives and guns, and he loved fishing, hunting and cars. Efton especially loved his grandkids.

Efton is preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his wife, Lois; son, Steve Ford and wife Leslie; daughter Tina Ford mother, Bernice Ford all of Borger; sisters, Mary Beasley and husband Martin also of Borger and Janice Ford of Venice, FL; granddaughters, Kelsey, Shelby, Tori, Erin, and Stevie; and great-granddaughter, Averie.
