Eldon Karr

Eldon Price Karr, Jr., 75, of Bentonville, Arkansas and formerly of Amarillo, Texas, passed away May 26, 2014 in Rogers.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Stinnett. Burial will follow in the Stinnett Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 7pm Thursday at MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger, Texas.

He was born September 5, 1938 in Pagosa Springs, Colorado the son of Eldon Price Karr, Sr. and Agnes Louise Judd Karr. He was a salesman for thirty years in the Animal Health Care Industry, he was also a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Bentonville. Price also served in the United States Army. He will be greatly missed by many family members and friends whose lives he touched.

He is preceded in death by his first wife, Bertie Coberly Karr his parents his sister, Patricia Morgan and one step granddaughter, Kaitlyn Sims.

He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Crabb Sims Karr of the home sons, Joe Karr of Wichita, Kansas Jeffrey Karr of Amarillo, Texas daughter, Jill Karr of Bella Vista two step children, Philip Sims of San Francisco, California and Lori Hodges of Phoenix, Arizona brothers, Bob Karr of Mt. Home, Arkansas Benny Karr of Borger, Texas and Mickey Karr of Pampa, Texas seven grandchildren four step grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
