Faye Iker

Faye Dendy Iker, 97, of Southlake, Texas formerly of Fritch died Sunday Dec. 12th. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wed. at Minton Memorial Chapel with Richard Kasko of Fritch Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be at Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

Faye was born Jan. 10, 1913 at Boswell, Oklahoma to LaFatte and Lizzie Dendy. She married Leonard Iker April 10, 1939 at Holdenville, Oklahoma. Faye owned and operated a laundry. She competed in Barrel racing and raised lifestock. She was a member of Fritch Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband in June 2002 and a son Robert Wayne Bobo.

She is survived by sons Denny Iker and wife Linda of Westlake, Texas and Jack Lemoine Bobo of Farmington, Utah. Sisters Ruth West of Dumas, Texas and Esther Mitchell of Little Rock, Arkansas. Eight grandchildren , 14 great Grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
