Frances Posey

PBorger P PFrances Louise Posey, 74, died Saturday in Amarillo. There will be a private burial in the Sunset Garden at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. P PFrances was born February 18, 1935 in Borger to Archie Sheerbrook and Joyce Posey. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. She was an accomplished piano player and loved to sing and dance. Frances had a special love for animals and took in numerous needy strays. Since 2003, her heart was full of energy as illustrated in her fast paced walks around her neighborhood to visit close caring friends. P PShe was preceded in death by her parents. P PSurvivors include 2 sons Ronald Sheerbrook Burton of Farmington, NM and Ammon Raeiel Burton of Fresno, CA; 2 daughters Janice Diane Newman and husband Jim of Borger and Laura Eileen Burton of Fresno, CA; 3 grandchildren Lisa Sanchez of Madera, CA, Joanna Burton and James Newman both of Borger; 5 great grandchildren Taylor and Bailey Sanchez, Trey and Lauran Duncan and Daniel Newman. P
The family will be staying at 1301 Coble.
