Frank M. Groce, 83, died Tuesday, July 29, 2008 in Borger, Texas.BRBRThere are no services scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRMr. Groce was born on July 20, 1925 in Arkansas and had been a Borger resident for 52 years. He was a geological engineer and was licensed in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas.BRHe was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and served as an Elder in the church. He was a member of the Lion's Club and the Geological Society. He served in the U.S. Navy in the Seabees during WW II.BRBRHe is survived by his wife - Colleen Groce of the home, son - Henry Groce and wife Janice of Moore, OK, daughter - Fran Kirkpatrick of Mogadore, OH, brother - Bill Groce of Stamps, AK, sister - Ruth Anderson of Conroe, TX, and four grandchildren.BR
