Fred Bartram, Jr

Fred Ellis Bartram, Jr., 67, died Thursday, December 7, 2017.

A memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 19, 2018 in the Minton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Charlie Morgan officiating.

Fred was born January, 24, 1950 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Fred Ellis Bartram, Sr. and Gail (Boyer) Bartram. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy Seabees. Fred was a lab technician at Phillips Petroleum for 18 years. He was a NASCAR member and inspector and he loved street rods. Fred was a volunteer for Living Waters and the Biblical Rehab.

Fred is survived by his step-father, Erwin Nelms of Elk City, OK; sister, Sharon Jensen and her husband Steve of San Clemente, CA; niece, Tracey Jensen and nephew Brian Jensen and wife, Whitney; great-nephew, Deacon; great-niece, Taylor; cousin, Clarice Davis; and numerous other cousins.
