Geraldine "Jeri" Velma Hollen Nicoson Carson, 82, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2015.

No services are scheduled at the time. Arrangements are with Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Geraldine was born December 19, 1932 at home Eldon, Iowa to Velma (Sumner) and Jim Hollen. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Borger. Jeri was a teacher for Morse ISD. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, gardening and watching Jeopardy. She truly loved life. Jeri was a wonderful homemaker, mother, friend and sister.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Norman Van Hollen.

Survivors include her sons, Doug Nicoson of Borger, John Michael Nicoson and wife Paula of Georgia, Steve Nicoson of Oklahoma, David Nicoson of Borger; three grandchildren, Ken Wysong and wife Sharlee, Paul Wysong and wife Destiny, Heather Hickman and husband Billy; seven great grandchildren; and a brother, James Mark Hollen of Borger.
