Gilbert Castillo, 58 of Borger died Sunday, March 12th in Borger.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Thursday March 16th at Minton Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Gilbert was born October 13, 1958 in Borger to Adolph Castillo Sr. and Leonor (Candanosa) Castillo. He was a compression mechanic for Phillips Petroleum for 20 years. He loved watching his Green Bay Packers play, family time, traveling and cars, and Jesus Christ.

Gilbert was preceded in death by his father Adolph Sr. brothers Adolph Jr. and Margarito and a sister Raquel.

He is survived by his mother Leonor Castillo of Borger. Sons Eric and wife Ashley Castillo of Borger : Ben Castillo of Borger. Sisters Linda Ford and Lita Blassingame both of Borger. Two grandchildren Evaney Marie and Zavrie Skye. 6 nieces, 5 nephews, 13 great nieces and nephews.
