Glen Curtis Guest, 70, passed away Sunday, January 5, 2025, in Palm Harbor, Florida after a lengthy illness.

Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Glen was born June 12, 1954, in Borger, Texas to Raymond Curtis Guest and Dorothy Lee West Guest. He graduated from Phillips High School in 1972 where he participated in football and track for the Phillips Blackhawks. Glen attended Oklahoma State University on a football scholarship and attended Texas State University in San Marcos, later receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. He worked in construction and sometimes helped friends out as a deck hand on shrimp boats in Matagorda, Texas for several years before moving to Missouri. Glen enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. He liked to watch football, especially the Missouri Tigers and the Dallas Cowboys. Glen was a member of the Baptist Church. He was an avid reader and enjoyed reading and studying the Bible as well as other books. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Dorothy Guest; and sister, Linda Guest.

Survivors include his sons, Isaac Guest of Seminole, Florida, Isaiah Guest and wife Ali of Grimes, Iowa; brother, Raymond Guest and wife Lee of Amarillo; grandchildren, Isaac Guest, Ezekiel Lare Zirkelbach, Vanessa Anne Guest; niece, Dawn Gordon and husband Danny; and nephews, Corey Guest, Toby Guest and wife Wendy.
