Howard Willard Weed, 90, died Sunday April 4th in Borger. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Calvin Newton, pastor of First Assembly of God Church officiating. Burial will be in the Beatitudes Garden at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

H. W. was born Oct. 14, 1919 at Midwell, Oklahoma to William and Cloye Weed. He came to Borger in 1943 where he married Zella Benningfield May 26, 1946. He worked for Phillips Petroleum as a Blender for 38 years. He loved to work in his garden and yard.
The family would like to thank Odyssey Health Care for taking such good care of him.

He is survived by his wife Zella of the home. Son Jerry Weed and wife Kathryn of Monteca, CA. Brother Norris Weed of Roswell, NM. Sister Ida Belle Everette of Pueblo, CO. Two grandchildren Robbie Wayne Weed and Cindy Michelle Pastrano Six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
