Hubert Janssen

Hubert Jacob Janssen, 84 of Panhandle died Friday July 20th at Wellington, Texas. Graveside services will be 10:00 am Monday July 23rd at Panhandle Cemetery. Burial is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.

Hubert Janssen was born Oct. 16, 1927 at Sapulpa, Ok. to Jacobus and Goldie Mongold Janssen. He served in the US Navy. He married Hazel Meaker April 5, 1953 at Clovis, NM. He worked for J M Huber as a Machinist for thirteen years. He loved to scuba dive, rock hunting and especially his grandkids. He was a lifetime member of the Mecaskey VFW post in Panhandle

He is survived by his wife hazel of Panhandle. Daughters Debbie Doebele and husband William of Shamrock, Dora Deal and husband Dennis of Cottonwood ,AZ. Seven Grandchildren and two great grandsons.
