Irene Stagers

Irene Susan Stagers, 69, passed away Friday, December 10, 2021.

A celebration of her life will be at a later date.

Irene was born March 6, 1952 in Keosauqua, Iowa to Charlie Carter and Mabel Davis Carter.  She married Daniel Stagers on June 21, 1997 in Borger.  Irene had a big heart and shared that with those who came into her business office at Caprock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  She enjoyed playing games on her computer and coloring by number.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Dan Stagers of Borger; son, Bill Baker and wife Vickie of Keosauqua, Iowa; daughter, Christy Cronk of Keosauqua, Iowa; granddaughter, Ella; and brother, Harold Carter and wife Carol of Keosauqua, Iowa.
