Isaac Fletcher

Isaac L. Fletcher, 88, passed away Thursday, January 28, 2016 in Borger.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, February 1, 2016 at Fairlanes Baptist Church with Denis Melton of Amarillo officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Hope at Westlawn Memorial Park. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Family will be at 1404 Marigold St. in Borger.

Isaac was born December 21, 1927 in Tom, Arkansas to Claude and Ebbie (Turner) Fletcher. He served his country in the United States Army during WW II. Isaac married Mary Nickerson December 1, 1951 in Clovis, New Mexico, and attended Fairlanes Baptist Church. Isaac lived in Idabell, Oklahoma, prior to moving to Borger in 1951. He retired from Phillips Petroleum as a field operator where he was employed from 1951 to 1985. He was a member of the Unity Masonic Lodge #1242, and the Allegro Motor Home Club. Isaac's passions in life were his family, camping, and fishing.
Isaac is preceded in death by his parents; a granddaughter, Erin Reynolds; and his baby brother Claude Junior Fletcher.

Survivors include his wife Mary of the home; son, Darrell Fletcher and wife Shelly of Sweeney, Texas; daughter, Trisha Prince and husband Jerry of Borger; sister, Annie Bryant of Houston; three grandchildren, Chris Prince and wife Julie, Leslie Gray and husband J.R. both of Amarillo, and Eric Fletcher of Denver, Colorado. Great grandchildren are Haylie Prince, Kyler Conger, Karli Prince, and Berry Gray.
