James Dale Florer crossed over from this life of natural causes on January 26, 2013.

He has gone to join all the loved ones that went before him. What a reunion that will be

Dale was born on November 30, 1956 in Borger, Texas to Jack and Corine Florer. He was the first born of a set of identical triplet boys. He was kind of famous for that. Dale lived a full life of 56 years. He played hard, worked hard, and loved his family and friends.

In his career he worked for North Country Coors Distributing Company for 12 years, and he was employed for Phillips 66 for the last 23 years as a lead off in the Maintenance Department. He was an avid fan of the Borger Bulldogs, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Cowboys. He always had a great story to share about a game he had been to or watched on T.V.

Dale married his best friend, Karla Karlin Florer on March 25, 1978. They enjoyed being husband and wife for 35 years. And to this union was born three sons Jacob Dale, Jarrod Ryan and Joseph Daniel. Dale and Karla felt very lucky to be blessed with these boys and had so much fun raising them together.

Dale always had an I Love You and a big hug to share with family and friends. He was an awesome husband, father, brother, son, papa and friend.

He made a difference in this life and he will be greatly missed.

Please join us for a Celebration of Life service at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the Minton Memorial Chapel. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. Viewing will be Monday, and Tuesday at Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Dale was preceded by his parents, Jack and Corine Florer, and his son, Jarrod Ryan Florer.

He is survived by his wife, Karla of the home, sons Jacob Dale Florer of Amarillo, Texas, Joseph Daniel Florer of Borger, Texas, his granddaughter Gracee Florer of Borger, Texas, sister Jackie James, brothers Billy Jack Florer, Dean Florer, Drew Florer, all of Borger, Texas, aunt Merle Childers of Borger, Texas, cousins Don Lawyer of Athens, Texas, Donna Smith of Borger, Texas, Dawn Rowell of Borger, Texas, Nancy Florer, Tommy Florer, Terry Florer. Nephews Nick Florer, Shawn Barnett, Matt Barnett, and a host of friends. His family by Karla Karl and Rae Karlin of West Columbia, Texas, Mike Karlin of Fritch, Texas, Jean Rose of Ft. Worth, Texas, Julie Espinoza of Princeton, Texas, Gabe Karlin of Borger, Texas, Ginnie Whitfield of Borger, Texas, Jennifer Rose Watson of Dubuque, Iowa, Taylor Willems of Cincinnati, Ohio, Tristan Espinoza of Princeton, Texas, Little Michael Karlin, Madelynn Whitfield of Borger, Texas.
