BRJames Harold Jones, 84, died Monday, February 5th, 2007 in Houston, TexasBRBRServices will be at 10:00 am. Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Stinnett with Pastor Johnny Bernstein officiating. Interment will be in the Stinnett Cemetery.

BRMr. Jones was born on November 24, 1922 in Post, Texas and had lived in Houston since 2001. Harold married Maurine Bentley January 26, 1952 in Stinnett. He had been a Borger resident since 1979. He retired from J.M. Huber as a Petroleum Engineer and served in the US Army Air Corp during WW II. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Stinnett, Rock Springs Masonic Lodge 12 in Rock Springs, Wyoming , Past Worthy Matron of Eastern Star, and was a graduate of Oklahoma University in Norman, Oklahoma. Preceded in death by his wife Maurine, October 12, 2000, and one sister, Zella Pierce. BRBRHis survivors include two sons - Jamie Jones of Denver, Co., Kenneth Jones of Houston, and two sisters - Arlena Claxton of Midland, Tx., Mamie Allen of Oklahoma City, Ok.
