James Mesneak

James Craig Mesneak, 66, died January 3, 2016 at his home. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday at First Southern Baptist Church in Fritch with Pastor Calvin Winters officiating. Services will be under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

James was born May 1, 1949 in Borger to Lawrence D. "Pot" Mesneak and Sybil June Hines Mesneak. He was a lifetime resident of Hutchinson County and was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church. He retired from Phillips Petroleum Co. as a Superintendent. James was married to Donna Deaton June 7, 1969 in Borger, she preceded him in death on August 6, 2015. He served on the board of Borger Satellite Workshop and loved to help people.

James is survived by his mother June Mesneak of Borger, his two sons Alan Mesneak and his wife Suzanne of Fritch and Aaron Mesneak and his special friend Alicia Bonner of Fritch, his daughter Cynthia Fullbright and her husband Steven of Frisco, TX, his brother Rod K. Mesneak of Borger and his eight grandchildren Lauren Dixon and her husband Andrew, Zach Mesneak, Dustin May, Baleigh May, Truman Fullbright, Grace Fullbright, Carson Mesneak and Isabella Fullbright.

The family will be at Jimmy and Donna's house on Hwy 136.

Memorials may be made to First Southern Baptist Church, P. O. Box 358, Fritch, TX 79036 or the Borger Satellite Workshop, P. O. Box 1125, Borger, TX 79008.

Casket bearers will be Tony Higgins, Craig Adams, Brian Rawlins, Daryl Goin, Gene Goin and Jamon Hunter.
