James Norris

James Edward Norris, 82, died Friday, April 6th, 2007 in Borger, Texas.BRBRServices will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Keeler Baptist Church with Dr. Paul Anderson, pastor officiating. Interment will be in The Garden of Beatitudes at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRMr. Norris was born on Feburary 21, 1925 in Boswell, Oklahoma. He had been a Borger resident for 60 years. He was supervisor for Phillips Philblack Plant and served in the US Army during WW II with the infantry in the Phillipines. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Carol in 1976 and his son, Greg in 2002.BRBRSurvivors include his wife, Betty Norris of the Home, son - Scott Norris and his wife, Kym of Bedford, TX., daughter - Rebecca Calder and her husband, James of Borger, daughter-in-law - Randy Norris of Euless, TX., three sisters - Zora Mae Baker of Bonham, TX, Mary Sinks of Carmichael, CA., Dorothy Carver of Sherman, TX., five grandchildren - Amber Hudson, Amanda Norris, Daniel Norris, Josh Calder Haley Calder and one great-granddaughter - Rileigh Hudson.
