James Ritchson

James Edward "Bear" Ritchson, 45 of Borger passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017 in Amarillo. Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 30 at Minton Memorial Chapel.
Bear was born in Borger Texas to James David and Cynthia Louise (Fagan) Ritchson on November 23, 1972. He was a lifetime resident of Borger. He loved the oilfield and being outdoors. He attended Bible Baptist Church.
Bear was preceded in death by his parents, brother David "Tiger" Ritchson, and his grandmother Odessa Matthews.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Phillips; sons, Justin Phillips and Kenny Phillips of Borger; sister, April Ritchson of Pueblo, CO; five grandchildren and numerous cousins.
