Janice Stanford

Janice Ann Stanford, 60, died Wednesday, November 3, 2010, in Amarillo, Texas.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, November 8th, at First Southern Baptist Church in Fritch with Jake Minton, officiating. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

Mrs. Stanford was born on July l, 1950, in Cushing, Oklahoma, and had been a Borger, Fritch resident since 1972. She was a homemaker and loved her family, gardening, raising livestock, shopping, and her dog Jordie.

Mrs. Stanford is survived by her husband, Johnny son Jeff and wife Shari of Fritch brothers John Downey and wife Susie of Glendale, Arizona, and Jim Downey and wife Becky of Pampa eight grandchildren three great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorials be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105
