Jean Lanham

Jean Lanham, 80, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015.

Graveside service will be held 10 am Monday, March 9, 2015 in Highland Park Cemetery. A celebration of her life will follow at 11 am at Gateway Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers her memory may be honored with a gift to Gateway Baptist Church or Hospice of the Southwest.

Jean was born October 30, 1934 in Hotchkiss, Colorado to Joseph and Edna Williamson. She was a member of Gateway Baptist Church. Jean was a really good person, who enjoyed playing cards and dominoes. She loved going to the horse races in Ruidoso, fishing and doing needlepoint. Jean was an amazing cook and always wanted people to come and eat at her house.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Alice Zeigler, Jo Prichard and Goldie Gordon.

Survivors include her husband, Ken of the home; sons, Ron Lanham of Borger, Michael Lanham of Temple, Larry Lanham and wife, Martha of Arlington; five grandchildren, Tisha Lanham, Skyler Lanham, Zachary Lanham, Kenny Lanham, Mackenzie Lanham; and sister, Wilma "Billie" Rogers of Tyler.
