Jeff Wright

Jeff Wright, 57, passed away Friday, April 25, 2014.

A celebration of Jeffs life will be held 2 pm Tuesday, April 29, 2014 in the Minton Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Jeff was born December 10, 1956 in Borger, Texas to Jim Bob and Carlene Wright. He was a lineman for SPS. A true Texan to his core, he loved God, yellow roses, horses, chicken fried steak and his cigars. He was a very generous and affectionate man who had a love for his family unlike any other, especially his grandkids.

He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, Dick and Gertrude Wright, Mack and Ruth Matthews.

Survivors include his daughter, Christy Thompson and her husband, Matt of Quanah two grandchildren, Tanner and Taylee brother, Rabbit Wright and his wife, May of Fritch niece, Heather McNeese and her husband, Lane of Amarillo caretaker, Maurine Johnson numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his Emeritus family.
