Jeffrey David Barker, 26, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017.

Funeral services will be held 3:30 pm on Friday, January 5, 2018 in the Minton Memorial Chapel with Pastor Dwight Kirksey officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Jeffrey was born July 22, 1991 in Amarillo to Stacie Sawyers and David Barker. He worked as a diesel mechanic for Turner Industries. Jeffrey enjoyed playing and building guitars. He desired to be a master craftsman in building guitars.

He is survived by his father, David Barker and loving stepmom Heather of Borger; mother, Stacie Daily of Borger; grandparents, Bobbie Wedel of Stinnett, Pam
Brooks of Borger; brothers, Tannin Barker of Fritch, Payton Barker and wife Ashlee of Borger; and sisters, Shawna Marie Barker of Borger, and Jewell Heidelberg and husband William of Fritch.
