BRJennie Aragon Padilla, 84, died Tuesday, July 10th, 2007 in Borger, Texas. BRBRRosary service will be at 7:00 p.m. Thurday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Father Guillermo Morales, Pastor officiating. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday at St. John's Catholic Church with Monsignor Norbert Kuehler, former pastor officiating. Interment will be in The Garden of Serenity at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRMrs. Padilla was born on August 30, 1922 in Anton Chico, New Mexico and had been a Borger resident since 1947. She wa a homemaker and member of St. John's Catholic Church. She was also a member of St. John's Altar Society.BRBRShe was preceded in death by her husband, Esequiel Zeke Padilla on October 27, 2002, her son, David in 1968 in Viet Nam, grandson - David B. Swink in 1972, three sisters and four brothers.BRBRShe is survived by six daughters - Mary Belle Newman and Rosalie Swink both of Borger, Mary Jane Fagan of Tulsa, Ok., Kathy Robertson of Broken Arrow, OK., Barbara Sadler of Denver, Co., Anita Smith of Oklahoma City, Ok., thirteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
Casket bearers will be Gary Newman, Bobby Swink, Nathaniel Smith, Zach Smith, Jeremiah Sadler and Justin Sadler.
