Jerry Demos

Jerry Norman Demos, 55, died Saturday, June 17th, 2006 in Borger, Texas.

His services were held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 22nd, at Grace Fellowship Church in Borger with Pastor Ricky Griffin officiating. Graveside services were held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 27th, at Mountain View Cemetery in Rapid City, SD with Pastor Duane Duley officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors in Borger and Osheim-Catron Funreal Home in Rapid City.

Jerry was born on January 19, 1951 in Rapid City, South Dakota, and had been a Borger resident since 1998. He received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He was clean fuels and maintenance supervisor for Conoco Phillips Co. He was a Lutheran and was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Elizabeth Zeller Demos. His passions were his family, photography, Corvettes and golfing.

He was survived by his wife, Shari Demos of the home, three daughters, Alyssa Demos of Las Vegas, NV., Anthea Demos of Austin, TX., Chloe Demos of Canyon, TX., his brother, Robert G. Demos and his wife, Lynda of Phoenix, AZ., and his sister - Karen Schussler and her husband, Louie of Phoenix, AZ.
