Jerry Hudson

Jerry Don Hudson, 78, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017.

Graveside service will be held 1:30 pm on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Westlawn Memorial Park with Elder Troy Reno officiating. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Friday, December 15, 2017 at the funeral home.

Jerry was born December 8, 1939 in Nocona, Texas to Bernice Pruitt Hudson and Lewis Hudson. He married Martha Lemons on August 24, 1957. Jerry enjoyed getting on the river to fish and camp. He could always be found tinkering on a project.

He is preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Skylar Williams; brothers, Troy and Joe Hudson; and a sister, Mildred Lemon.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Martha of Borger; son, Rick Hudson and wife Lajuana of Amarillo; daughter, Robin Cox and husband Chad of Panhandle; ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and a brother, Roy Hudson of Nocona.
