Jerry Mayberry

Jerry D. Mayberry, 52, died Wednesday, October 28, 2009 in Borger.

Memorial services will be at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Bible Baptist Church with Rev. Leonard Forsythe, Pastor officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

J.D. was born on December 12, 1956 in Borger to Jerry Terral Olta Faye Golden Mayberry. He was a retired truck driver after 30 plus years. J.D. enjoyed playing the guitar, riding Harleys, goofing off with family and friends, karaoke, flea makets in Amarillo and truck driving. He was a member of Bible Bajptist Church in Borger, Preceded in death by his parents Jerry Terral Mayberry and Alta Faye Mayberry Blanke, and two brothers - Ricky Duran Mayberry and Elzie Leon Beam

Survivors include his step-father - Kenneth Edward Blanke of Russell, KS, daughter - Melissa Smith of Borger, son - Jordan Dane Mayberry of Borger, four brothers - Terral DuWayne Mayberry of Borger, Ronny Joe Mayberry and Terry Terral Mayberry of Woodward, OK, Haley Dawn Mayberry of Borger, two sisters - Gaylen Lynn Smith of Hoisington, KS, Kelly Michelle Shelton of Alvardo, TX, and granddaughter - Nicole Coil of Plainview.
