Jerry West

Jerry Don West, 65, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2016.

Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Jerry was born June 24, 1951 in Borger to Wanda and Teddie West. He proudly served during the Vietnam War. Jerry enjoyed riding horses, hunting arrowheads and being outdoors on his land. He made sure to make God a priority in his life. Nothing brought more joy to his life than being with his family.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Tonya West and his father.

Survivors include his mother, Wanda of Amarillo; daughter, Crystal West of Borger; grandchildren, Shayla Gillum, Jeremiah West, Taya West; great grandson, Maddex Chacon; brothers, Teddie West and wife Katy of Borger, Daniel West of Amarillo; and sister, Terry Nix of Borger.
