Jesse Bliss

Jesse Earl Bliss, 57 of Borger died Saturday, December 12, 2015. Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 16 at the Church of Christ at Borger with Mr. Denny Sneed officiating. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 18 at the Kelton Cemetery in Wheeler, TX.

Jesse was born in Borger on September 15, 1958 to O. D. and Currie Dale (Abernathy) Bliss. He was an independent electrician and a member of the Church of Christ at Borger. He was a graduate of Borger High School.

He was preceded in death by his brother Richard Eric Bliss.

Jesse is survived by his parents, O.D. and Carol Bliss of Fritch; sons, Cory Dean Bliss of Borger and Jesse Brenton Bliss of Amarillo; daughter, Currie Newman and husband, James, Jr. of Amarillo; two brothers, Joe Wesley Bliss of Amarillo and Jared Bliss of Fritch; a sister, Tamra Bailey of Jourdanton, TX; Jesse was blessed with three grandchildren.
