Jesus Jessie Baldomero Blanco, 65, died Monday, February 18, 2013.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 am Thursday, February 21, 2013 at St. Theresa Catholic Church, Panhandle, Fr. Mieczyslaw Przepiora, celebrant. Burial will follow at Panhandle Cemetery. Rosary will be 7:30 pm Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at St. Theresa Catholic Church.

Jessie was born October 11, 1947 in Benavides, Texas to Otila and Gonzalo Blanco, Sr. He worked along side his son at Blanco Construction. Jessie is preceded in death by his parents son, Timothy Blanco brothers, Armando Blanco, Eddie Blanco and sister, Martha Maltos.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Blanco children, Carlos Blanco, Jimmie Mitchell and her husband, Wesley, Johanna Preas and her husband, Troy brothers, Joe Blanco and his wife, Ann, Gonzalo Blanco, Jr. sisters, Theresa Solis, Elma Castillo, Irma Trevino, Gloria Trevino ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
