Jimmy Brown

Jimmy Footsie Edyth Brown Sr. went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, August 29, 2012. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 31, at Highland Park Cemetery.
Jimmy was born July 8, 1933 in Borger. He was a lifelong resident of Hutchinson County and was well known in the area as a hardworking man in the oil patch.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Maudie Mae Brown Three sons, Jackie Brown and wife Vicki of Amarillo, Ronald Kenyon and wife Kathy of Fritch, and Jimmy Brown Jr. and wife Tami of Borger Two daughters, Kimberly Kenyon Parker of Fritch and Christina Brown Nugent and husband Jason of Joplin, Missouri Sixteen grandchildren and seventeen greatgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jess Farrell and Pearl Mable Brown Two sisters Jesse Short and Ida Mae Wright.
The family will be staying at 402 Vaughn in Fritch. There will be a visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday evening at Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors in Borger.
