FritchBRBRJo Ann Jody Samberson, 76, died Friday, February 1, 2008 in Amarillo.BRBRA family memorial service was held with Rev. Calvin Winters, Pastor of 1st Southern Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.BRBRMrs. Samberson was born on November 4, 1931 in Mead, Oklahoma and had lived in Fritch for 3 months. She had lived in Alvin for twenty years and prior to that for thirty-eight years in the Borger Fritch area. She was a retired office manager in the medical profession. BRBRSurvivors include two sons Roger Mullins and wife Kem, and Gary Mullins all of Fritch, two brothers - Ron Mercer of Alvin, Tx., Jim mercer of Pearland, Tx., four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.BRBRMemorials may be made to BSA Hospice, Box 950, Amarillo, Tx 79105.
