Joan Ramby

Joan Samberson Ramby, 83, died Saturday May 31, 2014 in Spearman. Graveside services will be Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Joan was born July 23, 1932 in San Angelo to Ray M. Samberson, Sr. and Consuelo Austin Samberson. She has lived in Borger since 1935 and was coowner of Custom Body Shop with her husband Thomas M. Ramby. She was a member of 1st Baptist Church, the Tri City Rebekahs and the B.P.O.E.

Joan was preceded in death by her husband Thomas, her brother Ray M. Samberson, Jr. and her parents.

She is survived by her two sons Greg Ramby and his wife Sara of Borger and David Ramby and his wife Vickie of Ft. Collins, CO, her nephew Dr. Randall Samberson of Amarillo and her sisterinlaw Billie, her two grandsons Dustin and Dillan and her great grandson Warren.
