Joe Sinor, 85, died Friday, August 31st, in Dumas.BRBRServices will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Gateway Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Rawlinson, pastor and Rev. Brad Foster, Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Dumas officiating. Interment will be in The Garden of Devotion at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRMr. Sinor was born on December 13, 1921 in Bryan County, OK and had been a Borger resident for 69 years, moving here from Bonham, Tx. He retired after 33 years with Phil Black Carbon Plant as an electrician. He served in the US Army Signal Corps and was a member of Gateway Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Jean in 1992, and his brothers sisters - Willie, Curtis, Leo, Velma, Lena, Rene, Lorene and Warren.BRBRHe is survived by two daughters - Charlotte Hoffman and her husband Barry and Mary Sinor all of Borger, two sisters - Burnice Burton and Mae Newton, both of Bonham, Tx., two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.BRBRMemorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 415 W.
