John Orr

Steve Orr, 62, of Stinnett, went to be with his Lord and Savior Monday, July 25, 2022, in Amarillo.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Thursday, July 28, 2022, at the First United Methodist Church of Stinnett. Burial will be in the Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.  The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at the funeral home.

Steve was born March 25, 1960, in Borger to Voyn and Gail (Benefield) Orr. He graduated from Stinnett High School in 1979. On June 12, 1981, he married Lori Monden in Stinnett. He loved riding motorcycles, working on cars, traveling, spending time with his grandkids, and watching their sporting events.

Survivors include his parents, Voyn and Gail Orr of Stinnett; his loving wife, Lori of the home; sons, Chase Orr and wife Hope, Sean Orr and wife Kelln both of Stinnett; brother-in-law, John Monden and wife Connie of Stinnett; grandchildren, Conner Orr, Ella Orr, Madyx Driedger, Liam Leinen; and brother, Mike Orr of Texas.

In lieu of flowers his memory may be honored with a gift to the American Cancer Society.
