Jonell Hazelip

Jonell Linscott Hazelip, 89, of Borger died Sunday April 22nd At Borger. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Friday April 27th at Memory Gardens Chapel of Peace Mausoleum in Pampa with Pastor Bobby Treece of Heritage Family Church in Bedford, Texas officiating. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Jonell was born June 1, 1922 at Warner, Oklahoma to Harmon and LaVone Stewart. She was a longtime resident of the Borger area. She worked as a bookkeeper in the oil and gas division of J. M. Huber for 25 years. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Fritch where she taught children and adult Sunday school . She loved to crochet and crossword puzzles. She was the secretary for the Womens Bowling Association. She was preceded in death by her husbands Henry L. Woods, Ralph Linscott and Chris Hazelip. Also a brother H. C. Stewart.

Janell is survived by daughters Marietta Price and husband Sam of Fritch, Melissa Warren and husband Allan of Houston, Melanie Roeck and husband Don of Sailsbury, Maryland and Debbie Brockman and husband Mark of Austin. Son Joey Woods and wife Ann of Borger. 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
