BRKatie Irene Buckland, 48, died Monday, March 17, 2008 in Amarillo.BRBRMemorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Georgia King, pastor officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRKatie, the youngest of four children, was born on October 8, 1959 in Borger to Theodore Leah Buckland. She was a graduate of the Lubbock State School, and then lived in the Clearwell Group Home in Amarillo for the past 10 years. She was in special olympics for over 30 years. She was a member of the Paramount Baptist Church in Amarillo and the First Presbyterian Church in Borger.
