Kenneth Anderson

Kenneth Earl Anderson, 91, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, May 20, 2017 in the Minton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Dr. Jerry Lane and Rev. Donald Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. In lieu of flowers his memory may be honored with a gift to Wesley United Methodist Church, 1202 Valley Drive, Borger, Texas, 79007.

Kenneth was born April 14, 1926 to Earl and Dollie Anderson. He proudly served in the United States Navy during World War II. Kenneth was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and hunting.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Walter Anderson; sisters, Nell Stone, Helen Majors, Grace Key, and MaryAnn Anderson.

Survivors include his wife, Ruby of the home; son, Kent Anderson and wife Jill of Brisbane, Australia; daughter, Kelly Groves of Borger; two grandchildren, Jordan Williamson and husband Cade, Jaemi Groves; great granddaughter, Paisley Williamson; and his beloved canine companion, Chloe.
