Lana Wilkinson

Lana Wilkinson, 79 of Fritch went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday May 7, 2022, in Borger.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday  May 11, 2022, at Celebration Family Church in Fritch. Burial will be in the Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. There will be a family and friends’ visitation on Tuesday May 10, 2022, at the funeral home in Borger.

Lana was born March 15, 1943, in Borger to Elza and Elzora (Reed) Hays. She grew up in Stinnett. She married Melvin “Doc” Wilkinson June 30, 1961, in Stinnett. She loved going to church,  women’s ministry She was a member of Celebration Family Church. She was an ordained minister. She loved camping and blue grass music.

Preceding her in death are her parents, brothers E. J, David, and Donnie. Daughter in law Kim Wilkinson.

Surviving is her husband Doc. Sons Melvin “Skeeter” and wife Debbie Wilkinson of Bismarck, ND, Glenn Wilkinson of GA. Tracy and wife Jacqualine Wilkinson of Borger. Brothers Tom Hays and wife Helen of Duncan, OK; Jack Hays and wife Judy of Harvy, LA. Six grandchildren and Three great grandchildren.
