Larry Woodward

Larry Mike Woodward, 70, died Saturday November 6, 2021 in Tulsa, OK surrounded by his family.  Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Minton Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

He was born February 21, 1951 in Borger to Henry Esco Woodward and Wilma Lucille Click Woodward.  Larry was a lifetime resident of Borger and a 1969 graduate of Borger High School and studied at Frank Phillips College.  He married Carol Isaacs November 25, 1970 in Borger, he worked for Chevron Phillips as a Stillman. Larry loved his family and watched football and baseball as much as he could and liked to drive, bowl and was an expert at smoking meat, his hobby.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his two sisters Brenda Woodward and Linda Woodward Parvin.

Larry is survived by his wife of fifty years Carol, his two sons Kevin Woodward of Stinnett and Buddy Woodward of Borger, his grandson Michael Woodward, his sister Lucille Horst of Borger and numerous nieces and nephews.
