Laura Wilkinson

Laura Jean Southerland Wilkinson, 43 of Borger died Monday, December 21, 2015. Services will be 3:00 p.m., Saturday, January 2 at the Word of Life Church with Chaplain Jim Fox of Integra Care officiating. Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Laura was born in Fredrick, Oklahoma on July 19, 1972 to Calvin and Catherine (Melton) Southerland. She lived most of her life in Borger and was a waitress for many years. Laura was a housewife and many of her children's friends called her "Momma". She was loved by many. She was a good woman that would give you the shirt off of her back.
Laura is preceded in death by her grandparents.
Survivors are her mother, Cathy Melton; father, Calvin Southerland; daughters, Shanell Bumgarner, Starla Bumgarner, and Shayann Wilkinson all of Borger; sister Patricia Southerland of Borger; and her grandchildren, Nashiah Norman, Alizae Walker, Zaiden Walker, and Amiah Meyer.
