Lawrence Howard Church

It is with deepest regret we announce the passing of Lawrence H Church on May 29, 2023. He died peacefully at home from a prolonged illness. A celebration of life service will be 11:00 am Saturday June, 3, 2023 at Church of Christ at Fritch. Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

 He was married to Henrietta "Hedy" Church for 43 years; she predeceased him on February 1, 2023. 

 He is survived by his daughter, Shea Watts, her husband Rory Watts; her three children, Levi, Katie and Oren & his wife Baylee and 2 great grandchildren; his stepdaughter, Shannon Richardson, her son Paul Brooks, his wife Narci and three great grandchildren.  He has two living siblings, his brother, Vearl Church and his sister, Virginia Schalow of Michigan.

 Larry was a Disabled Vietnam Veteran, with an honorable service record and discharge. He and Hedy lived in Fritch since 2008 & were active members of the Church of Christ.
