Lee Collett

Lee Roy Collett, 71 of Fritch died Monday November 9th in Fritch.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Thursday November 12th at Minton memorial Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Lewis, pastor of Victory Baptist Church in Stinnett officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.
Lee was born December 17, 1943 in Fields, KY to Roy and Sarah Roark Collett. He served in the Us Air Force. He married Carol Murray September 25, 1965 in Monroe Michigan. He lived in Fritch 35 years and was a member of Victory Baptist Church. He was a pipe fitter, teacher, worked in construction and lastly was a correctional officer at the Jordan Unit.
Lee was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Kevin and Jerry.
Lee is survived by his wife Carol. Son Donald of Chickasha, OK. Daughters Shari Baker of Fritch, Debra Lovato and husband Carlos of Fritch , Jamie Sawvel and husband Danny Young of Borger. Brothers Jimmy of Williamsburg, KY, Bleve of Knoxville, TN and Edward of Williamsburg, KY. Sisters Evelyne Prewitt and Betty Maiden both of Williamsburg, KY. Ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
