Mr. Lee Allen Taylor Jr. L.T. the first of ten children was born to the union of the late Lee and Cornelia Taylor, the first day of October, in the year nineteen hundred and nineteen. He departed this life Thursday, May 14, 2009, to be with the Lord.

Mr. Taylor was born in Wheelock, Texas. He worked on the family farm. As a young man he joined the Army and fought in WW II. After being discharged he moved to Borger. He worked for Rentfrow Motor Co. as a mechanic for several years. He moved to Los Angeles, California where he worked as a car salesman until he retired.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers Quince, Lynn, Rev. O.L., and L.C. Taylor; 3 sisters Mary Turner, Elmer Taylor, and Alice Taylor; 2 step sons A.C. Tillmon, J.P. Tillmon.

He leaves to cherish his memory: 4 sons Carl Taylor and wife Cookie of Borger, Rodrick Taylor of Vista, California, Tracey Taylor of Las Vegas, Nevada; step son Willie Tillmon of Marshall; 4 daughters Diane Burnes and husband Sylvester of Grand Prarie, Mattie Ruth Taylor of Lubbock, Elizabeth Taylor of Las Vegas, Nevada, step daughter Linda Williams and husband James of Seal Beach, California; 1 brother Willard Taylor and wife Winfrey of Bryan, 2 sisters Ruth Taylor Mcneil of College Station, and Irene Taylor of Las Angeles, California; 1 aunt Berthina Westmoreland of Amarillo and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
