Leota Herin

Leota Karen Francis Herin, 63, of Borger, was welcomed with open arms into Heaven, Sunday, February 1, 2015. Celebration of life services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday at the Southside Baptist Church.
Leota was born in Pontiac, Michigan on August 7, 1951 to William and Rachele Lovina Francis. She moved to Borger in 1973. Leota loved doing crafts.
Leota was preceded in death by her father and mother, her husband, Kenneth Ray Herin, her brothers, Thomas Daniel Francis, Rodger Dale Francis; and her sisters, Maudie Mae Brown and Bonita Sue Sargent.
Leota Karen Francis Herin is survived by two sons, William Lewis Herin and wife, Kathleen of Gulfport, MS, and their children, Chelsea Plourde, Garrett Herin, and Audrey Herin, also her son, Phillip Ray Herin and fiancé, Shawn, and his daughter, Faith Herin of Fritch, TX; two other grandchildren, Luke Hartman and Rowdy Smith. Survived also by her brother, Robert Lee Francis of Borger; sisters, Marcella Ann Herin, Paula Holt of Borger and Wilda Gene McCellan of Auburn Hills, MI. She is also survived by her caregivers, niece and great niece, Stacie DeAnn Dailey and Shawna Marie Barker; and her little sweethearts Makayla Raylynn Barker and Nevaeh Shaelynn Benton.
