Lillie Basped

Lillie Lou Basped, 78, passed away Monday, May 24, 2021.

Graveside services will be held 11 am on Saturday, June 5, 2021 in Panhandle Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Lillie was born June 5, 1942 in Pecos, Texas to Andrew Basped, Sr. and Beatrice Mason Basped.   She enjoyed shopping, cooking, traveling and getting pampered when she got her hair done. Lillie had a heart for people.  Nothing brought more joy to her life than her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Lester Basped, Andrew Basped, Jr.; sisters, Alene Vines, Annie Mae Hutchinson, Pauline Williams, Maude Irvin, Beatrice Basped, Hazel Basped, and Nellie Basped.

She is survived by a large host of nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.  Aunt Lillie was truly loved and will be dearly missed.  The family would like to extend special thanks to Borger Healthcare and Rehabilitation for loving Aunt Lillie.
