Lois Dale Chandler Robinson, 84, of Fritch, TX went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 in Amarillo, Texas.BRBRGraveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday in the Garden of Devotion at Westlawn Memorial Park with Mr. Richard Kasko, Minister of Fritch Church of Christ officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRMrs. Robinson was born on April 26, 1924 in Knoxville, TN to George Beullah Chandler. She married Edward Robinson on May 24, 1947 in Lawton, OK. She was active in 4H and organized sewing circles for young girls, as well as the Ladies Bible Class. She was a member of Fritch Arts Craft Club. She was a volunteer nurses aid and volunteered at the hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.BRBRShe is survived by her daughter, Ellen Duffield of the home, three grandsons - Larry Tanya Duffield of Stinnett, Darrell Duffield of Mineral Wells Daniel Duffield of Colorado Springs, CO, eight great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, one brother - Tommy Chandler of South Carolina one sister, Bessie Haven of Cleburne, TX.
Casket bearers will be Larry Duffield, Daniel Duffield, Amanda Duffield, Joshua Duffield, Christian Duffield and Tessa Duffield.BRBRIn lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Odyssey Health Care, 6900 I-40 West, Suite 150, Amarillo 79106.BR
