Lorraine May Schick, 82, died Saturday June 28th at Fritch. Gravside services will be Tuesday July 1st at 11:00am with John Watson Chaplain of Hospice of the Southwest officiating. Burial will be in the Hansford cemetery under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Lorraine was born Jan. 3, 1926 to Jesse and Goldie Lamp at Doland, South Dakota. She married Walter Schick Sept. 16, 1944 at Sioux Falls, S.D. She lived in Morse, Texas 51 years before moving to Borger in 2001. Her husband preceded her in death in March 3, 1993. She loved reading and keeping up with current events, grandchildren, gardening and cooking.

She is survived by sons Mike and wife Sue of Morse, Tx., J. D. and wife Jana of Fritch, Tx. Brothers Edwin and wife Lupe of Pasadena, Tx., Donnie and wife Elaine of Willow Lake, S.D., Jesse and wife Agnes of Water Town, S.D. Sister Cora Stickler of Water Town, S.D. Grandchildren Clay and Wife Sarah Schick , Markus and wife Amy Schick, Michelle and husband Wayne McCubbin. Great Grandchild Cady McCubbin.
