Lorraine Stigall

Lorraine Stigall, 89, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, June 20, 2022.

Graveside services will be held 10 am on Thursday, June 23, 2022, in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger with Pastor Danny Courtney officiating.

Lorraine was born December 19, 1932, in Borger, Texas to Christian Albert “C.A.” Price and Ruby Kyle Wilcoxson Price.  She married James Buchanan Stigall on November 22, 1969, in Borger.  Lorraine graduated from Borger High School in 1951.  She lived in Borger for over 75 years until moving to Perryton in April of 2008.    A longtime member Bible Baptist Church it is where she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.  Lorraine operated a beauty shop in Borger from 1966 to 1970.  She lived at home in Perryton until March of 2021, Seasons Assisted Living until September of 2021, Twin Oaks Nursing Home in Booker until her death.   She enjoyed tending to her plants, cooking, and playing on her cell phone.

She is preceded in death by her parents, C.A. Price and Ruby Price; husband, James B. Stigall; sister, Betty Ann Bechthold; brother, Charles E. Price; and nephew, James Bechthold.

Survivors include her sister-in-law, Audri Price of Battle Creek, Michigan; nephew, Jeff Bechthold and wife Janet; their children, Jordan Bechthold and wife Crystal, Jill Howard and husband Hunter; nephew, Russ Price of Holland, Michigan; his children, Andrew Price, Laura Monroe and husband Nate; niece, Susan Price; her daughter, Kylie; and a host of extended family.
