Lucy Bradley

Lucy Mae Bradley, 97, died Wednesday, February 10, 2010 in Borger.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Cornerstone Church of Borger with Pastor Darion Thompson of Bethel Baptist Church officiating. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Johnson Memorial Cemetery in Munday, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mrs. Bradley was born on September 11, 1912 in Timpson, TX to Frank Emma Madkins. She had been a Borger resident since January, 1989 when she moved here from Munday, TX. She was a homemaker and member of Bethel Baptist Church. Lucy loved shopping, listening to gospel music and joy riding. She loved th Lord and loved people. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Bradley on July 18, 1986, her parents and one sister.

She is survived by four sons Robert Bradley and wife, Shirley of Borger, Jack Bradley and wife Hazel of Dallas, Edward Bradley of Borger, Charles Bradley and wife Evelyn of Dallas, daughter Ruby Mays of Milwaukee, WI, numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
